How we get your order to you, what are the charges involved & our returns policy

Home Delivery Services

Delivery Options
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, about 95% of orders are delivered within 3 - 5 days from placing your order with us. We offer a couple of delivery services depending on the size of your order, where you are in the country and also the speed in which you would like your delivery. You will be given all relevant delivery options when you go through the checkout process. All of these services and relevant charges are detailed below.
Delivery Charges
We have a simple delivery pricing structure and the price is dependent upon the value of your order and also how quickly you would like it delivered. We use several carriers including myHermes, Royal Mail, UPS & Collect Plus.

Deliveries further afield
For all deliveries outside of the areas above, please contact us for a price. We have delivered all over the world in the past. For a price just drop us a line with the items you are interested in and we will work a price out for you. Don't forget anything that is delivered outside Europe we do not have to charge VAT but there maybe import duties you have to pay locally so this is always worth checking first.
Returns Policy - Changed your mind?
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase for any reason please let us know within 7 days of delivery via email so we can issue an RMA number to you and simply return the goods to us at your expense within 14 days, we recommend that you use a service that can be tracked just in case something goes astray as we can only refund you once we have received the item(s) back from you.

Returns Policy - Damaged or faulty?
If your reason for return is because the items(s) are damaged or faulty please notify the problem to us within 24 hours of delivery via email along with digital photographs showing the issue, we will then offer to either replace the affected item(s) or offer you a full refund which will be credited back to the payment card within 7 days of the item(s) being returned. Please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to arrange the return to us. Please ensure that all returns are completed within 14 days of notifying us of a problem and receiving an RMA number for the return.
